EndDrawerButton class
A Material Design end drawer icon button.
A EndDrawerButton is an IconButton with a "drawer" icon. When pressed, the end drawer button calls ScaffoldState.openEndDrawer to open the Scaffold.endDrawer.
The default behaviour on press can be overridden with onPressed.
