TwoDimensionalChildManager class abstract
A delegate used by RenderTwoDimensionalViewport to manage its children.
RenderTwoDimensionalViewport objects reify their children lazily to avoid spending resources on children that are not visible in the viewport. This delegate lets these objects create, reuse and remove children.
